GYMRAT PROGRAM: 
You will earn a Gymrat shirt by showing up for at least 70% of all things basketball in the off-season.  These shirts will be custom designed. 

We do realize there are conflicts, vacations, etc.  Life gets busy sometimes.  Let the coaches know what's going on, that's all we ask.  Don't just skip things. 

GOALS:
We need to get physically stronger this summer as well as continuing to better ourselves fundamentally.  There are no short cuts if you want to compete with the best teams in our class.  We believe we can do that if we continue to improve our strength and skills.

We will lift weights Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.  You will be able to complete your workout in 30 to 45 minutes.  We will also have individual workouts this summer to help improve footwork, ball handling and shooting.  These workouts also last about 45 minutes.  We are flexible and willing to work with you on a time.

We will compete in the Osceola league each Monday night.  Times are 4:00 and 4:45 p.m. each Monday.

We will compete in two team camps: Friday June 12 at Cross County and  Wednesday June 17 at Pierce. 

We will have two open gyms on Friday, June 19 and Friday June 26.  These will be 5 on 5 and 3 on 3. 

SPRING / FALL WORKOUTS
This is for girls not out for a spring or fall sport. We need to meet at least once a week for individual workouts.  Athletes will be expected to lift weights/condition  with Coach Morris. We prefer that our athletes participate in three sports...if they choose not to participate in a fall or spring sport, they need to work out.

YOUTH FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CAMP
Dates June 1, 2 & 3 - Cost $25 per camper.
Grades 3, 4 & 5 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.  (9th and 10th Graders help with this camp.)
Grades 6, 7 & 8 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.  (11th and 12th Graders help with this camp.)We need the help of all high school players since this is a fund raiser.

HIGH SCOOL CAMP
COST: $10
May 26 - 1:00 to 4:00 all.  (Bench and Hang Clean Max)
May 27 - 1:00 to 2:00 Point Guards; 2:00 to 4:00 all. (Squat Max)
May 28 - 1:00 to 2:00  Posts;  2:00 to 4:00 all.  (Weights)
May 29 - 1:00 to 2:00 ; Guards; 2:00 to 4:00 All players.  (Weights)
We will work on fundamental skills, as well as the offensive and defensive system we will use at the high school level. This camp is very important as we prepare for summer.
